If you're looking for a tasty, hearty, and healthy comfort food, this is it! Chili always hits the spot and all of these flavors are sure to win over any crowd :)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 cans beans white, kidney, & black are my faves
  • 1 can fat free refried beans
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes- italian flavored with basil garlic, & oregano
  • 2 T. chili powder you can just use 1 if you don't like too spicy
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 T. cumin
  • 1 c. salsa with cilantro
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 can corn rinsed
  • 1 c. seasoning mix or dice 1 c. onions and peppers
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced carrots

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground turkey
  • Sautee the onions ,peppers, celery & carrots
  • Put the rest of the ingredients in a stock pot
  • Add in the ground turkey and veggies once softened
  • Cook all ingredients on medium high until it boils
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for an hour

You can make this in an instant pot- brown the meat first, put all the ingredients in, press the chili button and it will be done in less than an hour :)
